The Four Stages of a Vaibhavi (Rural Woman Entrepreneur)
At Drishtee, we believe in empowering rural women to become self-sufficient entrepreneurs. Every Vaibhavi goes through four key stages on her journey toward financial independence. Your support helps them progress through these stages, ensuring sustainable livelihoods and long-term growth.
Seeding – Laying the Foundation ($5 per Vaibhavi)
Your contribution of just $5 helps us identify, onboard, train, and register a rural woman entrepreneur, giving her the opportunity to start her journey toward self-reliance.
Development – Nurturing the Business ($25 per Vaibhavi)
With $25, you enable her to test her products, refine them based on feedback, and establish a small but growing customer base within her community.
Growth – Expanding & Strengthening ($20 per Vaibhavi)
Your $20 contribution ensures she receives additional skills training, branding assistance, and access to broader markets, helping her grow sustainably.
Scale – Financial Independence & Sustainability
At this stage, a Vaibhavi is fully empowered and no longer needs donor support. She is equipped to access equity and debt products tailored for first-time borrowers and rural entrepreneurs.
She now stands as an independent entrepreneur, ready to thrive with market-driven financial solutions.
